Originelles Gamay Rouge
Vin de France Rouge
Wine descriptionGamay Rouge is vinified with a rare and forgotten grape variety from Burgundy: Gamay de Bouze. A grape variety with black juice which gives Gamay Rouge such an intense color that it appears black. The grapes come from the slopes of Rochefort-sur-Loire around the Mill. A very beautiful exposure and a schist terroir allow an excellent quality of maturity.
This original grape variety brings a "gourmet crunchy" side to a fruity wine. Its structure in the mouth is light, round with few tannins. Its tender character, its jovial roundness, its supple tannins flatter the palate without harshness, ideal with good cold meats. It pairs well with generous Bistro cuisine. The pleasure of a pleasant, supple and fruity wine. Ready for discovery?
