Vin liquoreux agréable . sucrosite élèvée avec une belle acidité pour l'équilibre
Découvert et acheté sur place il y a quelques années lors d'un passage dans la région, puis de nouveau lors d'un mariage et cette fois ci commandé en ligne pour les fêtes, la Croix Blanche a tenu bonne place à table ce Noël pour accompagner le foie gras. Sinon, c'est super agréable en apéritif. A recommander ainsi que les autres vins de ce domaine, avec une mention particulière pour le Savenière. Ils faut parler d'Elles car elles le valent bien.
