Description of the wine

The plot is located on the splendid hillsides of Rochefort-sur-Loire. After all the attention paid to winemaking by Sylvie, the Cuvée Intemporelles Chauvigné benefits from a second fermentation in the cool cellars of the Moulin. This is when the magic happens, with the appearance of the bubbles. With a subtle dosage, this cuvée in Brut is an invitation to party, with a passionately Chenin spirit, our great Loire grape variety.
