To enhance the roundness and richness of Viognier, a creamy risotto with sautéed prawns and julienned leeks is an exquisite combination, revealing the subtle flavors and aromas of this elegant white wine.
Vin très sympa, que j’apprécie particulièrement. Bien fait, avec un cépage peu répandu chez nous en Anjou.
Dans les anjous je n’avais connaissance jusqu’à présent de ce cépage. C’est un goût nouveau, assez gouleyant, auquel fil faut s’habituer. Mais mes essais me disent que il sera très facile de l’adopter et de l’aimer autant que le CHENIN.
