What is HVE?
High Environmental Value (HVE) agriculture is a certification created in 2011 and overseen by the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food, and Forestry. It recognizes farms that voluntarily engage in environmentally friendly practices.
Why did we choose the HVE label?
Obtaining HVE certification in 2019 was a natural step for us, in line with Christian's work. This label reflects our respectful practices in the vineyards and our commitment to sustainable farming.
We strive to constantly innovate:
- By adopting innovative methods for our new plantations.
- By investing in the latest generation of equipment to optimize soil work.
- By managing our vineyard according to the principles of sustainable pest management, which is based on careful and continuous observation of the vineyard and climatic conditions.
Our philosophy can be summed up in one sentence: the right product, in the right dose, with the right device, at the right time .
